While humans are born with certain tendencies or orientations, our personalities and attitudes are formed through our interactions and experiences. Our attitudes begin to form in childhood and continue to evolve and change over time as a result of our day-to-day interactions and experiences.

To be able to power through all of the challenges that await you on your path to self-improvement, you must first determine what this ostensible change will bring to your life.
