Taking the easy way out allows you to slink through life, but it may also cause health problems. Life's “hard things” can be whatever you think they are. For example, getting up before sunrise to exercise when you want to sleep in. After mowing your lawn for three hours, you mow your elderly neighbor's lawn. All of these things make a difference, help others, and ultimately make you a better, healthier, happier, more fulfilled person.
