Never push a loyal person to the point of indifference
There have been numerous discussions about what makes people happy. In fact, an entirely new field has emerged around this question in the last two decades. This new branch of psychology is known as “Positive Psychology.”
While science is discovering the many different factors that influence how happy a person is, the greatest philosophers and religious leaders throughout history have told us what to avoid in order to be happy. I've compiled a list of what I consider to be the most lethal assaults on our happiness. These “sins” are so deadly that we frequently don't realize we're falling into them until we wake up one day and wonder why we're staring at ourselves in the mirror.

How to Think Quicker: Thinking quickly is an important part of your mind's cognitive functions. You can train your mind to be creative. When you're faced with a creative problem, take a moment to assess the situation and think about how you would approach it. Take the time to come up with a variety of solutions. Break the problem into smaller pieces and then think of an answer for each individual piece. You can also try to experiment by drawing creative inspiration from unlikely sources. For example, you could take something you see in the real world, like the design on the side of a bus, and think about how you can apply it to your creative problem. What Happens When You Meet Your Soulmate: When you meet your soulmate it's an unforgettable experience. Once you've met them, you'll always be able to picture them in your mind. The feeling is hard to explain, but it's like you're happy, but calm at the same time. You feel like your whole life has been building up to this moment. Before you met them, you probably never even though it was possible to feel so strongly about someone else. You feel like you are living in one of those romantic movies or novels you used to love so much. It's the kind of feeling that takes your breath away. How to Get Unstuck: A lot of people experience writer’s block and it can be really discouraging. We end up putting off writing because we're afraid no one will like it and we don't want to put in all that effort for no real gain. I end up getting stuck a lot and I've noticed that no matter how bad I feel about getting stuck, once I sit down and start writing, I always feel better afterwords even if I didn't write anything good!
