Goals are not achieved overnight. Being ambitious is admirable, but you will never be perfect. If you expect anything else, your life will be full of disappointments. When you come across a goal you're attempting to achieve, take the lesson it provides and move on.

If you've had a bad day, don't be afraid to ask for assistance. It can be difficult to put yourself in a vulnerable position, but confiding in a friend will help you deal with your problems. If you feel burdened, remember that no one would have accomplished much if they had not asked for help when they needed it.

Think about something that makes you happy the next time you are upset. Rep this action until it becomes automatic. If you learn to stop dwelling on your negative thoughts, they will have no power over you.
