If you're feeling unmotivated, look to your past for inspiration. Remember when you used to simply kick butt? You used to be awesome and you used to rock it! Consider going back in time and remembering all of the amazing things you used to do.
Now keep in mind that you can do it again. It is easy to remember the times when you were hurt, but it is also easy to remember the times when you were successful. Make the most of your past.
3. Have Faith in Yourself
This is one of the most important things you can do to regain your belief and confidence. You have unlimited energy, power, courage, strength, and confidence.
Spend time with yourself to reconnect with it, whether through meditation, journaling, or activities that restore your faith in yourself.
4. Have a conversation with yourself
We are the ones who shape our future selves. We do it every day through our beliefs and self-talk. It is critical that we talk to ourselves and motivate ourselves.
We don't need the approval of others in the end. You are deserving of your own approval and positive self-talk.

You must forgive yourself for any failures or mistakes you made in the past and move on.

Having a positive attitude toward everything is the quickest way to achieve self-belief and confidence.

Allow your life to flow naturally. When you learn to go with the flow of your life, you will realize how wonderful and precious life is.
If you let your life lead you, it will shower you with its riches and gifts. You must accept the life you have been given and learn to relax. Allow it to guide you in the right direction, and you will find success.
It's Ok to Fail: Failure is one of the most important attributes to success. Without failing, you can't learn!
