Time management may appear to be a simple concept, but who has enough hours in the day to get everything done?
There aren't many of them, for sure. Some even believe that there isn't enough time in the day for them.

1. Get a good night's sleep of seven to eight hours every night

The goal of utilizing dead time is to take advantage of those random, useless moments. That is not to say that leisure time is the enemy – far from it. It's all too easy to dismiss saying ‘no' as selfish – there's always another demand, another request, another assignment or project to add to your already overburdened plate.

Simply say no.
No one who genuinely cares will mind if you politely decline their request, citing a jam-packed schedule.
