According to the Law of Cause and Effect, if you think good thoughts and do good things, you will receive good things. Posing thought-provoking questions to yourself promotes positive thinking and allows for self-reflection. It assists you in remaining conscious of where you are, where you have been, and where you intend to go.
Self-reflection allows you to see, organize, and preserve your dreams, desires, and goals. This level of self-awareness is essential in life and opens the door to a plethora of positive experiences.
If you want to get the most out of self-reflection, ask yourself provocative questions that force you to reconsider how you live and how you see the world. The best questions to ask bring a fresh perspective and remind us of who we are and who we want to be.
