Our world changes as we grow older. As our responsibilities pile up, we become too preoccupied to make time for our friends. Our closest friends become distant friends, and our closest friends fade into obscurity. Life moves on, and our memories of our friends start to fade.
Reminiscing becomes excruciating. However, in this scenario, there is a way to avoid the pain. Spending quality time with your friends will keep your friendships as strong as the foursome from Sex and The City. A once-in-a-lifetime gathering could put a broad smile on everyone's face.

Make time for a day when responsibilities take a back seat to friendship. Have some fun as a group and keep your friendships going through the years. Here are a few ideas for spending quality time with your friends.
1. Watch your favorite TV shows together
This is one of the activities that my friends and I do to stay connected during our hectic lives. This practice began with episodes of Sex and the City. We used to get together with hot chocolate (now wine) and watch the latest episode together. We'd have our weekly gossip session and catch up on everything that had happened since our last get-together.
We now keep our dates on Skype because we've all started traveling and moving to different countries. Sex and the City has been replaced by Game of Thrones. We agree on a time and avoid spoilers so that we can all watch the one-hour episode together. It transports us back to our childhood and has kept our friendships alive to this day.
2. Arrange for vacations together
Whether you met your best friends in college, at work, or during your school days, keeping in touch keeps the friendship alive. This is what maintains the strength of your bonds over time. When you get caught up in daily life, it can be difficult to keep up with these updates.
When you're ready for a break, plan a trip with old friends to bond while also giving you a well-deserved break. The best way is to plan a trip to a natural area or to a country you've never visited before. You will have an amazing adventure together and a story to remember.
3. Keep birthdays in mind
Have you ever had the experience of forgetting the most important days, the majority of which are usually birthdays? Without our Facebook reminders, some of us would be lost. Birthdays are filled with expectations for many people. Simple greetings and phone calls can bring tears to one's eyes.
As a result, make it a habit to write or program birthdays into your calendar. Make a note of the birthdays and keep track of them with your mobile phone or Google calendars. This will allow you to make surprise phone calls or small surprise gestures on your friends' birthdays. This will demonstrate to them how important they are in your life.
4. Participate in sports together
A healthy body is equivalent to a healthy mind. As a result, as we age, we must prioritize our health. Workouts become an important part of our lives, and staying fit becomes a habit rather than a requirement. Why not invite your pals? Playing sports with your friends can be a great way for you to communicate and bond with them. It can also boost your competitive spirit in many ways, motivating you to work harder and better.
The best way to keep your friends together is to engage in friendly competition. These activities could include a round of golf or a 2-hour workout at the gym. It could be a relaxing day of yoga or dancing for some. It eventually becomes a weekly event that you look forward to because it allows you to catch up and unwind while doing something productive.
Don't be afraid to pick up the phone or send an email to a long-lost friend if this list inspires you to do so. You never know, yours could be the voice they need to hear right now. It could be the beginning of something amazing.
How to Be Social as an Introvert: As an introvert, I know what it's like to be alone in a crowd. It can be difficult to want to go out and mingle, because it takes a lot of effort. But by knowing how to be social, you can get the most out of any get-together. Here are the best ways to get social with people who don't know that you're an introvert until you walk away from the party. First, you want to show up to the party at least twenty minutes early. This gives you enough time to get out of your car, go in the house, and get ready for the party without seeming antisocial. Remember to always stay to the side, so you can sneak away if you need to. I Don't Like People: I don't like people. No, seriously. It's not a joke. I really don't like people. I don't mean to blurt that out on a random first meeting. Ideal Life: I recently visited the Ideal Life home, a development by the Ideal Group. I was very impressed by how nice the neighborhood was. I had always heard that they were the best new home developers, but I wasn't expecting to find super nice houses on large lots. The architecture was beautiful and there were plenty of lush trees.
